So who is going to represent us to attend the kursus?

for the 1st kursus, Soon Wen and i will attend.

for the up-coming kursus, all the volunteer are compulsory to attend.

the 2nd kursus will be held at Oct. Date unknown for now.

Well, all I have to add is:

Enjoy the trip and make the corp proud.
Remember to always uphold the corps name and dignity.
This means no temper tantrums and public fits of rage. (You know who this applies to...)

every volunteer u have to go to the following website -- www.aug2008.com.my

under -volunteer, -register volunteer to register urself..

is a must n pls do it asap. do not have last min work

Question: How long do we have to spend over there? I would like to know that urgently before i sign up. Because I heard we have to spend like 1 month at there? A bit worry about my project here and it's impossible for me to put the thing aside for 1 month lor...

hi there.. sorry for didnt post up any reply recently. kind tied down by exam.

latest news, the volunteer kursus 2 and 3 will be held together and total for 6 days from 28th of NOV onwards.

however, i m not sure whether the volunteer will continue stay there until the opening of AUG or not and continue to the duty of the volunteer.

the official letter has not been received yet. i will keep u all update. will see how by the time.

sorry for any inconvenient caused.

Really hope to hear u pretty soon or better get the news from there. I really never expect this and really sorry to tel u that, it is impossible for me to disappear from the lab like about almost 1 month and my progression report meeting will be held soon at anytime during that period. Also like can't confirm (U know lar, the way they work).

I think u know and understand my situation here... Thank u very much and sorry for disturbing.

hi every volunteer out there.. latest news here (6.11.08, 3.45pm)

2nd and 3rd Kursus Volunteer has changed to 1st to 5th of DEC. and there will be around 2 days break for Hari Raya Qurban and will continue towards the programme of AUG 2008.

for ur info, Opening Ceremony of AUG 2008 is at 13.12.08 night.

n once again, the formal letter is not there by the time i went to unit sukan. however, i'll try to settle all this nonsences by this week. n by weekend night (7 or 8 of NOV), i would like to call upon a meeting for ALL the volunteers of AUG involved IF i have the formal letter n clear of the programme on-going.

further notice will be informed if there is meeting. thanks aww

Dear all,
I went to unit sukan and got this news today. The date of briefing has been changed to 27 Nov until 1 Dec. According to the person, the volunteers will be depart on 27 Nov morning to UKM, 1 Dec will be back to Penang and 9 Dec we will go to KL again.
Please tell anyone who does not know this latest news. We will try to comfirm the departure time of the bus asap.
