Weekly Work Out for LG
Permalink Closed

as topic stated, i m thinkin of giving a weekly work out for those Lgs who ad completed their Distinction level and those who ad stop Life saving courses.

the purpose of the Work Out is to ensure tat every Lg will have the time to come to pool to swim. At the same time, the fitness level and the closeness to the pool water can be maintain.

Fitness Test will be sth like our Final Exam but the Work Out will become our weekly revision. The replacement after failed the fitness test will still be imply and will combined become one with the Work Out. (for those fail the fitness test and under work out plan)

Work Out plan is not a torture plan. it will be sth slightly above leisure swim but at the same time, the pressure is still there.

Somemore, Work Out plan can be a sort of weekly interaction among the members.. It is multi function.

I do understand we LGs r busy with their studies and activities, however, once u all joined LG corps, i hope u all will understand the responsibilities of LG. We have to ensure ourselves will always ready for any emergency.

Last but not least, u all still can feel free to voice up any comments and suggestions. idea

*Work Out event list will be coming out.... i will post it up to let everyone see once i m ready with it. aww

Sounds like a good plan. Most importantly, to maintain the quality of USM Lifeguards.
