Dear all, As the outgoing captain of 2007/2008, I wish say that it has been a great honour to have lead such a fine group of people throughout my tenure. Now, together with the other seniors from my batch, we have now been officially categorized as "old biscuits". But I believe there is no shame is this. As the saying goes: "Old is gold". I believe that the seniors still have a lot of wisdom that the juniors can benefit from, and we should always be generous enough to share. We are now about to embark on a new chapter in our lives. Though we have yet to graduate, some of us will be starting work soon, while others are still comtemplating which path to choose. But whichever path one chooses, the road is never easy, there will be new challenges ahead, new enemies to face and new friends to meet. But whatever the future holds, we will always reflect back on our days at the corps with joy. To everyone, I wish you all the very best in your future endevours. Cherish the time you have had with the corps and use it as inspiration for the days ahead. My final note to all; always trust your intuition and stay true to your dreams.
I sincerely wish every LG who going to graduate good luck n found ur future journey, continue ur new chapter as u like~
Really hope that u all wont forget us oso...
I will keep ur face in my heart forever n ever...
hhahaha....true la!
Yo friend,
Are you sure you can remember my face in your heart forever and ever? You probably only can remember Chin Yee's face right. Not enough memory space left in your heart for our faces.
Don't worry, if you really want, we can give you our pictures.
Btw, your work place and environment determines the life you have after you start your job. For me, life after grad = no life....

Well, not quite sure about other fields but I can confirm in the business and corporate sector, you'll have to deal a lot with abstracts, mind games, back-stabbing and 'polishing'. Not to mention the very basic skill = cover your own ass

Yo bro,
I can confirm for a fact it is not just limited to your field. it is a whole dog eat dog world out there. We have to do what we can to survive. Just look at my faculty for instance, suppose to be studying biology, but most of the people here do nothing but play politics to climb up the ladder.
Com'on guys, Working life isnt that traumatic. It depends on how you look at it and live with it. I find it enjoyable like how I had in campus apart from it being more challenging. However, LG corps is where you could equip yourself with skills that will help you down the road. Your concern is to improve yourself.
