Why is the tennis court built open air that the game has to be postponed during the rain?

Because the tennis ball moves too fast during the game and it is very dangerous in a closed area.... The speed is measured in mph!

Why is our USM pool an outdoor pool but has to be closed when it rains? (heavily)

i guess the real answer is because the roof for the centre court is still under construction
